Paddle With the Pastors
Join the Canton First Methodist Pastors for a kayaking/canoeing adventure on the beautiful Lower Etowah River. Along the way you will see fish weirs built by Native Americans, the remains of a bridge that dates back to the Civil War. You may also see bald eagles, river otters, osprey and deer.
We will have a leisurely paddle and stop for lunch along the way. All individuals will be responsible for packing their own lunch, snacks, drinks and sunscreen. No experience necessary but this route is not suitable for stand-up paddle boards or tube floats.
