Paddle With the Pastors
Join the Canton First Methodist pastors for a kayaking and canoeing adventure on the beautiful Lower Etowah River! Along the way, you’ll see Native American fish weirs, the remains of a bridge dating back to the Civil War, and possibly even bald eagles, river otters, osprey, and deer.
We’ll enjoy a leisurely paddle and stop for lunch along the way. Participants are responsible for bringing their own lunch, snacks, drinks, and sunscreen. No experience is necessary, but please note this route is not suitable for stand-up paddle boards or tube floats.
