Warming Station Interest Meeting

Canton First Methodist is honored to be one of four churches in Cherokee County serving as a host site for a new Warming Station Ministry.
Warming stations are short-term emergency shelters that open when temperatures or wind chills become dangerously low, providing a safe and warm place for vulnerable members of our community. Guests will receive basic necessities such as cots, meals, and hygiene items—and, most importantly, experience the love of Christ.
Join us for an Informational Meeting! Come learn more about this new ministry, how warming stations will serve our community, and the many opportunities to serve.
Whether you’re interested in volunteering, learning more, or simply supporting this ministry, we’d love for you to join us! Together, we can help make a difference and show Christ’s love to our neighbors in need.
“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’” Matthew 25:40
